Happy Release Day!

Greetings fellow bloggers! It’s been a long while since I posted anything on my blog – so long in fact I’ve forgotten how to actually post an entry. So to those helpless readers who have somehow stumbled onto this rant – welcome! To those wishing to use this post as an example of how not to blog – also welcome! Since I am 99% sure this will never load or will be deleted by myself in some random accident in precisely three minutes, I’m going to take great pleasure in making the following announcement:

I feel like the girl who cried wolf, but it may actually be true this time around. It’s no picnic being a newbie writer in the publishing world. In point of fact, if you’re a newbie author, you won’t feel like a picnic or ingesting food until your cherished beloved work of written art is released and has garnished for itself no less than 20 stellar reviews.

This is my theory. And probably only noteworthy for those writers who suffer from IBS and recent publication. Like me.

But I digress.

August 12, 2019.

NO HERO HERE will be released into the world for better or worse.

I would love to post a picture and a blurb. Perhaps I might get crazy and post the first chapter or just a random chapter. The night is young and I may have ten whole minutes to myself after I cook dinner for the family.

Will see. Like I said, I don’t want to be the girl who cried wolf . . .

  1. I just finished your book and loved it!!
I bought it at the Red Lion B and B in November.
I loved all the twists and turns and the joyful ending! Or was that the beginning? I want to know what happens to Emily….whose baby was she carrying? Does Logan find love?? What are twins’ names?
    So many questions.
Anyway, I hope you write a sequel or start a new story soon!!

    1. Hi Mary,

Thank you so much for your reply! I’m so sorry I’m just now reading it. Lesson learned – I need to visit my blog more often.

Your questions are great and I’m happy to say there is a HEA in the works for the other gentleman. The next book will resolve your questions regarding Emily, so I won’t give away too much now, but the book will actually revolve around Emily’s younger sister – Hannah. There’s more to the story of the carriage accident than either Sebastian and Logan let on, and a villain that has been lurking in the shadows throughout book one that will be brought to light in Book 2. More plot twists coming!

Thank you so much for reaching out to me, Mary!
